Here are some of our prinicpal booking conditions, together with some useful information about your stay. Our full booking conditions will be made available during the booking process. Please contact us if you have any questions. - Rent
Our quoted rents are for accommodation only. All prices include (where applicable) VAT; bed linen, bath, hand and tea towels; gas; water; fuel and central heating. - Deposit
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your accommodation. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to the arrival date or in full if the booking is made within 6 weeks days of the arrival date. - Payment
Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. We are sorry but we do not accept credit or debit card payments at this time. - Arrival and Departure
The period of rental shall be from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on the day of departure unless otherwise stated by us or agreed in writing. - Holiday Insurance
We strongly recommend that you obtain suitable holiday cancellation insurance. - Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. You may smoke outside the property, but be aware that you are on a country estate and must take care to prevent fire hazards. All cigarettes, pipes and cigars must be extinguished safely and all remains (including ash) must be disposed of safely. - Equipment
The property is furnished and equipped to cater for the stated permitted occupancy and includes pots and pans, crockery, glassware, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. All en-suite bathrooms include a shower and bath. - Pets
Well behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement at a cost of £10 per pet.
